  • Supervisor / Assistant

    Job Requirements:

    • Previous experience at minimum 5 years in a similar position with corporate full-service concept, Restaurants – food Industry in Florida.
    • Experience in supporting new restaurant growth and coaching new restaurant management teams.
    • Training: Degree or similar on restaurant/hotel management. Valuable hospitality and / or tourism degree.
    • Familiar with food and restaurant cost, inventory, labor cost, and cleanliness.
    • Be proactive in reaching our company goals in sales, service, and appearance, while creating a positive, fun, and productive work environment.
    • Demonstrated skill at coaching and providing feedback to futures Managers.
    • Knows how to work together as a team. Leads by example.
    • Person with a cheerful, enthusiastic character.
    • Values and Respects Diversity.
    • With a great & consolidated Miami networking is a plus.
